We'll have our hour long PLC this week at 6 and begin OA elections starting shortly after the 7 p.m. opening.  The Order of the Arrow (OA) is the honor society of Scouting America, composed of Scouts who exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives as elected by their peers. Scouts who are eligible are first class rank or above and have 15 camping nights and one long-term camping experience within the past 2 years. Scouts will also plan for the upcoming Mineral Wells Campout and turn in any final rank requirements or merit badge blue cards to Dr. Mavalli.  I will also accept leadership applications for scouts who are interested in running for Troop Leadership and will talk with scouts who are interested in taking the upcoming Snow Sports or Personal Fitness merit badges.
