Troop 848 is a girls' troop formed in September 2022 to serve girls in the City of Coppell and surrounding areas. We meet at the First United Methodist Church of Coppell each Thursday at 7:00 pm most weeks.
If you are a girl between the ages 11-17, endless fun, valuable skills, lifelong friends and more await you in Scouts BSA. Sure there’s the adventure, the camping, and the skills, but the real genius of scouting is the leadership opportunities it provides. Scouts BSA has been developing the leaders of tomorrow for 110+ years! Girls in Scouting are learning lifelong lessons they’ll use to be successful throughout their lifetime.
Scouting is an outdoor program, so come prepared for outdoor adventure! Our calendar is different each year as the Scouts lead and select the adventures they want to pursue. Our aim will be to have a camp out each month throughout the year with at least one summer camp on the calendar yearly.
